Confirmation:
To confirm your reservation, a deposit for the first night stay is required and is due at time the reservation is made.
Cancellation for Cedar Cabins:
All cancellations must be in writing. Confirmation deposits can be returned if cancellation notification is received 72 hours before arrival date, in which case there will be a $25 service fee deducted from the deposit refund. If you do not show up without cancellation notice within 72 hours, your card will be charged for the reservation in full.
Rental Payment:
The balance of the rental amount must be paid in full upon your arrival. You will be required to provide a security deposit of $150. This deposit is fully refundable provided cabins are left clean and no other charges are incurred.
This business operates under a Special Use Permit on land under the jurisdiction of the Forest Service, USDA. Persons of any race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion or with any handicap condition are welcomed to use our facilities, programs and services. Discrimination in any form is illegal and, if encountered, should be reported to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington DC 20250.
